The STAR coaching staff is offering 90-minute scrimmage sessions the two days before tryouts!

The Sessions!

Girls will be grouped according to experience in the following manner:
* Platinum: At least 6 seasons of competitive vball.
* Gold: At least 4 seasons.
* Silver: At least 2 seasons.
I plan on making no exceptions. We do our best to group the girls with those of similar experience/ability.

The Locations!

Saturday July 31: Definitely at Gretna High, 100 Gretna Hawks Cir, Gretna, VA 24557.
Sunday August 1: Definitely at North Cross School, 4254 Colonial Ave, Roanoke, Va

The Probable Schedule!

Saturday July 31: We will have 3 sessions. These times are approximate.
* Silver: 11am to 12:30am. Gold: 12:30pm to 2pm. Recruiting Seminar: 2pm to 2:30pm. Platinum: 230pm to 4pm.
The director of these sessions will be Kara Matthews and/or Kelsey Goodman. They are the coaching staff at Randolph College.

Sunday August 1: We will have 3 sessions. These times are approximate.
* Silver: 12:30 to 2pm. Gold 2pm to 330pm. Recruiting Seminar: 330pm to 4pm. Platinum: 4pm to 5:30pm.
The director of these sessions will be Kara Matthews and/or Kelsey Goodman. They are the coaching staff at Randolph College.

We are planning on limiting each session to 13 girls: Four OH's, four rights/setters, five MB's and liberos.

Each session will go through this process: warm-ups, stretching, peppering, serving & hitting. Then the coach will create two teams, switching people continually, and the rest of time will be scrimmaging!!!

Here's How You Reserve Sessions For Your Daughter!

* Parents can reserve hour(s) by emailing or texting Coach Houser.
* Parents may reserve more than one session for their daughters.
* You can see what's available here. We will do our best to try to keep this site updated.
** When contacting Coach H, plz indicate the girl's preferred position(s) and the # of seasons of experience.

We will usually can answer your text/email within 24 hours.
If we don't know you from previous lessons/camps/etc., please don't be offended if I ask you for a little more info. I just want to ensure that the athletes are grouped properly so that all 13 have a challenging experience.

* An athlete's reservations will be guaranteed by advance payment of:
- - $40 for one session. Subtract $5 or every session after the first one, regardless of the location!!
* If you need to cancel, and want a refund, I ask for 2 weeks notice. If you cancel within the 2 week period, I can still give you a refund if together we can fill the open spot.
* Payent must be received within 1 week of making the reservation or the hour will be opened back up.
* For payment, parents can use PayPal. The paypal account to use is CoachHouser@yahoo.com. Note: If you cannot choose the "family & friends" option, plz do not use PayPal.
* For payment, parents can use Venmo. My account is @Thomas-Houser-10
* Parents can also send a check to Coach Houser at 6023 Marsh Wren Lane, Roanoke, 24018.
