POOL PLAY
As of 2:25 pm on Wednesday, I still can't tell you what team # we are.
However, since there are 5 teams that have been accepted into the tournament, I think there will be one pool, just like there was at RVC on Feb 11th.  In such a format, each team will play each other two games to 25.  No third game will be played, even if both teams split the 1st two games.  After pool play is over, the team with the best record is declared the winner.  If there's a tie after pool play, there will be a one-game playoff.

WHEN PLAYERS ARE TO ARRIVE
Since there is a team from Chesapeake, I anticipate us being team 4.
Therefore, players should plan on arriving at James River High by 8:20am.
If we are team 1, 2 or 3, then the time will be 7:30am.
I'll let you know as soon as I know!

HOW/WHEN WILL WE KNOW FOR SURE?
It'll be posted at http://www.odrvb.com/Juniors/GIRLS_SCHEDULE_2005-2006.htm
If you see it before I do, let us know!

ON TIME
Thanks
to everyone for getting better at this!
This is important to me!  It's important to the team.

WARM UPS PRIOR TO EACH MATCH
Warmups for all matches will be 2 mins of shared ball handling 4 mins of solo court time for one team and then 4 mins of solo court time for the other team.

ANY FINAL INFO:
For last minute updates, I'll email you guys!  You may also touch the "March 25th" link on our team page.
I'll post everything on there also!

I DON'T THINK I'M GOING UP ON FRIDAY NIGHT!
It's $100 that I'm just not going to spend at this time.
The convenient hotel is on our tournament website, but Sandy says there are no rooms left.  :(

The rest is very similar and shorter than what I have sent before the other tournaments.
Changes are in bold black.     :)

NO GEAR OTHER THAN ROAN. JRS!
Players must wear only Roan. Jrs. gear at tournaments, unless given permission to do otherwise.   This requirement will now extend to coaches.

PARENT'S EQUIPMENT!!!  :)
Have we forgetten anything?  If so, please share with everyone.

PLAYER'S EQUIPMENT
Can a player think of anything that we need to add to the list?

PLAYERS' FOOD
Thanks to everyone for helping.

WHILE THE TEAM IS WORKING

I like the new rule and we're going to keep it:  "Non-workers must stay within eye-sight of the workers and coach so that when one game ends, substitutions can be made."  We will be a team.

SUPPER TOGETHER AFTER LEAVING?
You guys want to try to eat out together ONE MORE TIME?  haha.
We'll see how it goes!!

Let's see how we fair against 17's!
WHOA!!
This will be another big challenge!
