have been changing my philosophy about attacking after your article.
Against our last opponent, my super OH's first 3 or 4 balls were barely
out, but she hit them hard. I pulled her because she was frustrated
and looked at her and said “keep hitting hard, don’t stop.” In the
past, I would have shown frustration and said "C,mon just get it in.”
She proceeded to go out and drop 20 kills that night.
Finally, thanks for keeping me inspired! I need this right now with the
challenges my team has occured.

We did a series of your defensive drills in practice today and it helped
a lot and the players were very jazzed by them and wanted to do more –
