Tournament Format- The tournament format will be the best 2/3 25 point sets. Any 3rd set will be to 15 with a side change at 8 points.

Trainer-We will have a Trainer available at the tournament. Players requiring/needing taping will need to provide their own supplies (tape and pre wrap.) We will not have any tape or pre wrap available for sale.

T-Shirts-We will have tournament t-shirts available to purchase.

Food-No outside food is allowed in the facility but the convention center will have concessions available.

In previous years the Convention Center DID NOT permit camping and picnic areas to be set up on the sidewalk area in front of the Convention Center. I assume it will be the same this year as I have received no information that policy has changed. There is a picnic area between the Convention Center and Embassy Suites.

Seating-Some spectator seating will be provided but spectators are welcome to bring their own personal folding chairs. We do not guarantee any seating availability for spectators.

There is no admission charge for this tournament and parking is free.

Directions For The Weekend:

To the Hampton Roads Convention Center (as if you're coming in on Saturday morning):
As if you're coming east on I64 (from Richmond):

à Take exit 263 (Mercury Blvd./James River Bride).
à Turn left at the end of the ramp (following 258 North) onto Mercury Blvd and continue straight for approximately ¼ mile to Coliseum Drive.
à Turn right onto Coliseum Drive and go approximately ¼ mile.
à The HRCC and Hampton Coliseum are adjacent properties.
