Junior Volleyball Age Definitions
For 2011

18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992
17 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993
16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994
15 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995
14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996
13 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997
12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998


Note:  It is possible to get a special age exemption for girls
who miss the cut off date by a day or two.

Speak to your program director about this. 

HOWEVER, if that girl's team is planning on competing in a
National Qualifier or Junior Nationals,
the "over age" girl will not be allowed to play.
