Here was even a better map!

The GWCC is a huge building.  The map of the complex is here.

There will be a significant walk no matter where we stay or park.

2014: "Focus On Recruiting" Seminar

There's a nice power point presentation here.

A representative of University Athlete and TouchStat, as well as one or more college coaches were on hand to offer ideas on how to prepare and promote an athlete's profile to help them find the right fit.

Topics included:

  • Making sure the correct data gets to recruiters
  • Finding a win-win fit between athlete and future team
  • Do's and Don'ts
  • What college coaches care about and what they don't
  • Using video as bait
  • Q&A

It was stated: "Please keep in mind that college coaches have restrictions about what questions they can answer from parents and athletes. They will not be able to discuss their particular school or speak to anyone about a particular player. Seating is limited and will be restricted to the first 200 attendants with wristbands."

2014 Ticket Sales

"Guest Registration Beat the long lines and complete your guest registration online. Pick up your wristbands at the Will Call booth in three locations - the Main Lobby and the C Hall Lobby of the Georgia World Congress Center (Thursday-Sunday) and the Main Lobby of Cobb Galleria (Friday-Sunday).  Single day guest registration is $15 per day and weekend guest registration is $25. Children 6 and under will get a FREE wristband at Guest Registration. Online guest registration will be available prior to the event and can be purchased here.  On Site Guest Registration Hours - (located in the Main Lobby and Hall C Lobby of the GWCC and Main Lobby of Cobb Galleria)"

Friday, March 29 7:00 am -  8:00 pm (both venues)

Sunday, March 31 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (both venues)

2014 Advanced Parking Information

You really want to Reserve Your Parking Place:

The GWCC offers reserve-your-spot parking.
Many of us did this every year from 2010 to 2013.

"Looking to purchase your parking pass ahead of time? Make sure to check out the link here, click on the Online Parking Permits link and follow the prompts to purchase passes for Big South. There are options for Friday - Sunday with each day purchased individually. If you find you need a refund for parking, please call the Georgia World Congress Center at 404-223-4105."

I recommend that parents do this as soon as you receive the email from me because only so many spaces were made available to this program. As of Jan 5, BigSouth wasn't an option yet. If you see that we can reserve parking for BigSouth before you receive the email, please let us know.

If you came here from a google search:
Thank you for coming! Please come back again.
I hope the info here will help you.
If you ever need anything, please contact us at coachhouser@yahoo.com

In 2012 The G.W.C.C. Opened.....

We were told: "The Georgia World Congress Center will not open the outside doors until 6:45 am each day. Ticket sales and access to the floor will start at 7:00 am. Matches WILL NOT begin before 8:00 am. The only exception will be on Sunday April, 1 when the doors to B Hall ONLY will open at 6:00 am for Sunday Services."
