Check in For Teams

"Team Registration for the Elite tournament will be in the Lobby of the Sevierville Events Center from 5-8pm on Friday January 24th. If you cannot make check-in on Friday you must check in at the Tournament desk located at the back of the convention center prior to your Pool starting."

Other Important Info For Parents!

"(1) If you are staying offsite there is a daily $5 charge for parking..
2) No outside Food or Coolers are allowed in the Convention Center. There is a cafe and several food vendors within the facility.
3) Players are permitted to bring in waterbottles.
4) NO chairs are allowed.  There will be ample seating around each court.
(5) Admission tickets are $10 for the weekend or $5 per day. Admission tickets & tournament t-shirts will be sold Friday Night from 5-8pm in the Lobby of the Sevierville Events Center. The admission office will open Saturday & Sunday at 7am."

There is a large conference room after 7pm
for any team get-togethers. The hotel's web page has a link to GoogleMaps so people with computers or smart phones can use the link for directions!

Families must reserve rooms by Friday January 10th.

Directions For The Weekend:

From Roanoke To Our Team Hotel:

After crossing the Tenn border on I-81:
* T ravel about 74 miles on I-81. 
* Then take exit 1B to merge onto I-40 W toward Knoxville for 14 miles. 
* Then take exit 407 for TN-66 towards Sevierville/Pigeon Forge for 0.3 miles. 
* Merge onto Winfield Dunn Pkwy for 8.7 miles.  
* At that point, continue onto Forks Of The River Road Pkwy/US-441 for 0.6 miles 
* Turn right onto Parkway/US-441 for 2.0 miles.
* Our destination will be on our right!   

From Bristol to our hotel will take approx 1 hour, 42 minutes.

From Our Team Hotel To The Playing Site:

To get to the playing site, just go back toward I-40 for 5 miles!

 From Our Playing Site To Team Hotel:

Leave the playing site, take a right onto Winfield Dunn Parkway and follow the directions above that say "to team hotel".
