2021 Camp Info:
Format:
Wednesday - Friday: 9am to 4pm with a one hour lunch break.
There will be a tournament for the last few hours of the final day.
Divisions:
A Minor League division for rising 6, 7, 8th graders.
A Major League division for ising 9, 10, 11, 12th graders.
Cost:
$150 for WWHS athletes
$175 for nonWWHS athletes
The camp will probably be limited in how many nonWW athletes are accepted! So apply early!

Girls from outside of the WW high & middle system will be accepted into this camp starting April 1!!
Maximum Campers:
20 - 25 in the Minor League division.
15 - 20 in the Major League division.

What The Camp Entails:
We might start the camp in separate divisions working on the girls' skills to ensure all the athletes can serve, pass, hit and dig properly. Throughout the camp, setters will get a lot of time working with coaches who specialize in setting. On the 2nd day, competitions will begin which emphasize the skills of the game. On the 3rd day, teams will be created in each division to get ready for the tournament. For the final few hours of the camp athletes and parents wil love watching the tournament!!

2021 Camp Staff:

Coach Houser is the owner of STAR Volleyball Camps. He is the author of the "I Can't Wait" to coach books, and Drill Collection. He has coached 18 varsity teams, 10 JV teams, 26 club teams and directed 87 camps in 9 states in the past 7 years. You can see more about Coach Houser here.
Assistant Coaches:
Heidi Moore
 Coach Moore is the head coach at Patrick County High School. She took over the job in 2006, has been named the Piedmont Coach Of the Year 7 times, has been named Patrick Co. High Coach Of The Year twice, and has a record of 172 wins and only 101 losses. Her team has won the district regular season 3 times, and the tournament 4 times! Elizabeth Giles
 Elizabeth is a junior and captain of the volleyball team at Sewanee University in Tennessee. She is a 2018 graduate of North Cross School in Roanoke, Va. During both her junior and senior year, she was named 1st team All-Conference, 1st All-Tournament and her team advanced to the state final 4. As a senior, she was 1st team All-State. Jeff Osborne
 Jeff is in his 4th season coaching at Next Revolution in Volleyball in Roanoke. As an active player with the Roanoke Valley Volleyball Association (RVVA) Jeff has continued to develop in his own knowledge of the game of volleyball for the past 20 years. Coach Osborne is also a parent to his daughter Karmin who is a current player for her high school and also Next Revolution Volleyball. Abbey Barlow
 Abbey is a junior at Staunton River High School, in Bedford County, Virginia. She played 5 years of school volleyball, and played 5 years of club volleyball.
