Clinic Directors:

Tom Houser
Owner, STAR Volleyball Services

Coach Houser has been coaching volleyball since 1985. He has coached 18 varsity team, 10 JV teams and has coached 23 club teams. His teams have qualified for Junior Nationals in 2006, 2009 , 2012 and 2016. His stepdaughter, Lauren, a 2010 graduate of Radford University, was a 4-year starter on the RU volleyball team. Coach Houser has directed over 300 camps & clinics in the past 25 years. Volleyball has also taken him to Salt Lake City, Columbus OH, Anchorage, San Francisco, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Miami.

Tomi Lauren McGinnis

Tomi Lauren is a member of the Randolph College volleyball team. She will be a junior in the fall of 2022. She has been one of their leading hitter her first two years on the team. She graduated from Dan River High in 2020, was 1st team all-district 3 times, 1st team all-region once, team captain 3 times, team MVP twice. She LOVES working with volleyball players! Private Lessons In Roanoke
If anyone is interested in some one-on-one training.
Coach Houser and his staff offer player training nearly every Sat & Sun night in Roanoke. 
Girls come from West Virginia, Staunton, Danville, Martinsville, etc.   The website is here.   It's a TON of fun!!
