Tom Houser
Coach Houser been coaching volleyball since 1985. He has coached 18 varsity team (16 of them at Bassett), 10 JV teams and has coached 23 club teams. His club teams have qualified for Junior Nationals in 2006, 2009 , 2012 and 2016. His stepdaughter, Lauren, a 2010 graduate of Radford University, was a 4-year starter on the RU volleyball team. Coach Houser has attended: Gold Medal Squared Coach's Clinic in Annapolis, USAV CAP I at JMU, USAV CAP II in Wisconsin, was a clinician at Louisville University Elite Camp and has taken the USAV Impact Clinic.
Volleyball has also taken him to Salt Lake City, Columbus OH, Anchorage, San Francisco, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Miami.


Kendra Meek Williams
Kendra is a 2010 graduate of Roanoke Home School. She is a 2014 graduate of ABC University in Electical Engineering. She was the head coach of Charleston Middle College in Charleston South Carolina. While in high school, she played 6 years of school volleyball & 5 years of club ball. In 2004, she played on Coach Houser's 15s National team. According to NCAA rules, graduates ARE eligible to participate in a summer high school camp.  This will not get them in any trouble and it will not jeopardize their college volleyball eligibility.
